This data is automatically synchronized between your devices. PRIVACY Like any iOS app using HealthKit, wHealth requires your permission to access your health data. Read access is required to display your data in the dashboard. Write access allows you to add new data points. Your HealthKit data remains in the HealthKit database and is not transmitted anywhere else. Cached data is stored locally on your devices (iPhone and Apple Watch) to speed up dashboard display. It is automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled. wHealth, your everyday companion for exploring and understanding your health data.

About

AgeKit

Features

Your calendar age is a fact. How your body is actually doing is a different question — and your iPhone and Apple Watch have been quietly collecting the answer for years. AgeKit turns that data into an estimated biological age: one number for how your fitness, heart, sleep, body and habits compare to published reference ranges for people your age and sex. Then it shows you which signals are pushing that number up, which are pulling it down, and what to change first. YOUR AGEKIT AGE • An estimated biological age, with the gap to your real age in years • See at a glance whether you're tracking younger or older than your years • A confidence score, so you always know how much data the estimate rests on • A fresh estimate every day, compared with last week and last month, and a trend you can watch over months EVERY SIGNAL, EXPLAINED • Cardio fitness (VO2 max), resting heart rate and heart rate variability • Steps, exercise minutes, workouts and active energy • Sleep duration, and how regular your sleep schedule is • Body composition, blood oxygen, respiratory rate and blood pressure • Six short lifestyle questions on smoking, alcohol, diet, stress and connection • Open any row to see your value, the typical range for your age and sex, and the exact years it added or removed AN IMPROVE PLAN, IN PRIORITY ORDER • The biomarkers costing you the most years, ranked first • A clear target for each one, and what to actually do about it • The years you could reclaim by reaching that target • Small, specific changes instead of a vague "be healthier" NO BLACK BOX • Every number comes from a transparent additive model you can inspect • Reference ranges are drawn from large published studies, cited in the app • Effects are deliberately shrunk, because consumer sensors are imprecise and observational findings overlap • Read the full method inside the app, in plain language PRIVATE BY DEFAULT • 100% on device — your Health data never leaves your iPhone • No account, no sign-up, no cloud, no ads, no analytics, no tracking • Nothing to delete later, because nothing was ever sent FREE AGE, ONE-TIME UPGRADE Your estimated biological age is free to see. AgeKit Pro unlocks the full biomarker breakdown, your trend, "What moved" and the Improve plan, as a one-time purchase of $9.99. It is not a subscription — pay once, keep it, nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. Restore it anytime on a new device. It does not diagnose, treat, screen for or predict anything. It is not an epigenetic, DNA or cellular age, it has not been clinically validated, and it is not a prediction of how long you will live. Never delay medical advice, or change any treatment, because of something AgeKit showed you. AgeKit is designed for adults 18 and over.
