Merge matching tiles and reach the target. The rules are clear in a second; the depth shows up later, when the board stops forgiving a careless move. THREE MODES Powers of 2 – the classic. Powers of 3: three tiles merge into one, more room, costlier mistakes. Fibonacci: neighbours in the sequence merge, not identical tiles, and habit works against you. FIVE BOARD SIZES From 3×3 to 7×7. The smaller the board, the harder the game: every combination of mode and size keeps its own best score and its own leaderboard. DAILY PUZZLE One board for everyone, a single attempt. Share the result as a card, and keep the streak – it is the only thing that carries from one day to the next. ETUDES A set position, a goal and a few moves: make 128 in four moves or leave just five tiles on the board. No new tiles appear, and every etude has an exact solution. Two chapters are free, five more come with Tilefold Plus. And every day brings a new free etude of the day. DUELS Send a friend a link to your own deal. They play the same board and see the score to beat – even without the game installed. HINTS AND REVIEW Stuck? The game suggests a move, three times per game. When the game is over, it shows the move where things went wrong and what to play instead. NOTHING EXTRA No ads, no subscription, no sign-up. The app collects no name, email, or address. Records live in your iCloud, and we have no access to them. TILEFOLD PLUS A one-time purchase: every chapter of etudes, three palettes beyond the five free ones, game statistics, the archive of past daily puzzles, and game review.

This game set is largely based on the popular web-based game 2048, by Gabriele Cirulli. Here are five different games with four board sizes or a total of 20 games! •Move up or down, left or right trying to join two equal tile numbers. By merging numbers, you get higher numbers and you can approach to 2048, which is the goal of the 2048 classic game, 4x4 board size. You can continue the game in order to achieve a higher score. •For 2048 plus game, the rules are the same but zeros are added and you have to merge zeros to free up space on board. •In Power of 3 game you need equal three numbers in a row to trigger a merge. Newly tile number will be equal to the sum of these three numbers. •In Fibonacci game, a tile can be joined with a tile that is one level above or below it, but not to one equal to it. When merge 2 and 3 will receive 5, when merge 3 and 5 will receive 8 etc... •In Colors game - merge 2 tiles with the same color! The number of colors of tiles is equal to the size of the board, i.e. 3 colors for 3x3 board, etc... But when you keep playing after reaching the target score, the number of colors will increase by one. •The score of the game will be saved - so we always see our best score for each of the games (game type and board size). Furthermore the best results for each of the games are kept in the Game Center - so you can compare your skills with other players worldwide. For each type of game and each board size you will have different end goals to achieve - a total of 20 achievements.

Tilefold's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (monthly vs every 8 months). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
