ENHANCED MUSIC Every soundBrilliance session begins with Enhanced Music. We apply cutting-edge neuroscience and audio engineering to real music by real artists, amplifying music’s natural power to move your mind and body in the directions you need to go. The result is music built not only to be heard, but to help you move intentionally from one state to another. CHOOSE WHAT YOU NEED NEXT PERFORM — improve workouts with elevated physical and mental readiness. MOTIVATE — elevate energy and action, and arrive with purpose. CREATE — channel focus and unlock productive, creative flow. CALM — restore your mind and body and ease your response to stress. RECOVER — relax and refocus into a balanced, grounded presence. COMFORT — soothe and nurture your body toward healing. SLEEP — unwind, drift off, and maintain deep, restful sleep. GO AS DEEP AS YOU WANT Every session begins with Enhanced Music. From there, choose how deep to go. ADD NATURAL VISUALS Explore the natural world at every scale — from microscopic chemical reactions and mesmerizing physical phenomena to vast landscapes, oceans, skies, and storms. Using microscopy, chemistry, physics, experimental filmmaking, and natural cinematography, we reveal processes often too small, slow, fast, or strange to encounter in daily life. The result is something between art, science, and discovery: astonishing images created not simply of nature, but by nature itself. ADD EXPERT GUIDANCE Go deeper with experiences developed by licensed therapists and Featured Artists. Explore breathwork, movement, mindfulness, reflection, storytelling, and more — or hear from artists about the stories, emotions, and intentions behind their work. Sometimes the voice helps you understand yourself. Sometimes it helps you understand the art. REAL MUSIC. REAL ARTISTS. soundBrilliance is built in collaboration with musicians and artists. Their work remains at the center of the experience — enhanced to deepen music’s effects on attention, emotion, energy, and the body. Discover artists. Hear music differently. Use it with intention. New music monthly. BUILT ON SCIENCE soundBrilliance combines neuroscience, psychology, and audio engineering to explore what music can do when designed intentionally. In clinical testing, soundBrilliance Enhanced Music produced greater simultaneous reductions in self-reported anxiety and physiological stress than the same music without enhancement. This is not passive listening. It is music enhanced to its full potential — and put in your hands. SEE WHAT’S CHANGING Change is easier to direct when you can see it. Measure how your state shifts within a session and how those changes accumulate over time. Discover what settles you, energizes you, helps you focus, opens up creativity, and works for you. Measurement closes the loop between experience and understanding — giving you greater agency over what comes next. JOURNEYS: BUILD YOUR CAPACITY A session can change the moment. A Journey is designed to change your baseline. Choose an area you want to develop, build a plan around your life, set the duration and frequency, and follow your progress over weeks or months. Think of it like a training plan for your mental and physical well-being: not simply reaching for Calm when you need it, but developing your capacity to return there. Measure what changes. Learn what works. Practice it deliberately. Build greater capacity over time. MEMBERSHIP Start your soundBrilliance journey with a free week.
