Drivers receive interactive routes on their mobile devices. In the background, real-time optimization algorithms automatically adjust and re-optimize routes throughout the day, keeping drivers on time and efficient. Driver tools — including customer notifications, notes, and proof of delivery — enable drivers to offer better customer service. Wise Systems' Driver app collects periodic location updates to power the system. Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

Drivers can organizes their load information and keep track of their Hours of Service electronically. This information is then transmitted immediately to the office.
