Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: TOP NEWS at 4.9 against ข่าว IT's 1.0. TOP NEWS also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). IT's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and iOS requirement (9.3 vs 15.6). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. IT sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. TOP NEWS asks for nothing beyond the download.
TOP NEWS holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: TOP NEWS has 17 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 67% of ข่าว IT's written reviews are positive against 81% of TOP NEWS's.
IT ships an update every 3 months, TOP NEWS fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
