Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: K.education at 65% against CEBRAC ENGLISH's 0%. K.education also leads on ratings volume (513 vs 1) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). CEBRAC ENGLISH's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. K.education sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $14.99 per month. CEBRAC ENGLISH asks for nothing beyond the download.
CEBRAC ENGLISH holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: K.education has 513 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of CEBRAC ENGLISH's written reviews are positive against 65% of K.education's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
CEBRAC ENGLISH ships an update every 3 months, K.education fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 26, 2026 respectively.
