Welcome to CombatMMA - Your source for cutting edge training and interactive martial arts training apps. - 48 HD quality AirPlayยฎ-enabled videos - Demonstration and high quality instruction - Text/graphical overlay for an enhanced visual experience - Slow motion and contact applications of each flow - watch the video on your TV with AirPlayยฎ. - No Internet connection is required Combat Flows offers you an opportunity to train several different combative flows moving from kickboxing to trapping (clinch range) to ground fighting. The idea of flow is key in martial arts combat - to be able to transition from one range of combat to another, or one art to another and demands a higher sense of awareness and developed attributes. The techniques in these videos, therefore, are not intended for the beginner martial artist. They are geared towards those that have a background in Jeet Kune Do, or those that have some proficiency in all range combat. These are not just sport MMA techniques. There are 16 combative flows in this app that incorporate concepts from Bruce Lee's Jeet Kune Do. These include arts from: Savate, Muay Thai, Wing Chun, Shoot Wrestling, BJJ, Catch Wrestling, Filipino Arts, and more. We have also incorporated into this app a thumbnail video gallery to preview each combative flow at the same time. Just click on the video you want to see! Peter Chassikos is a Jeet Kune Do instructor that has over 25 years experience in the martial arts, training JKD and other arts since the late 1980s. He is an instructor in Jeet Kune Do, a certified black belt in Jiu-Jitsu and a 3rd degree back belt in Kickboxing. Peter has been featured in Black Belt Magazine (North America) and Combat Magazine (UK). He has conducted seminars in North America and in Europe. Peter Chassikos heads Toronto JKD and has developed his own style of training and fighting that stems from Bruce Lee's original teachings of JKD. It's true combative mixed martial arts... It's CombatMMA!

Your phone is great. But it shouldn't own your nights. Curfew is a screen time blocker and focus app that helps you put the phone down โ€” not with guilt, but with a system that actually holds. Block the apps that pull you in, set a nightly curfew, and reclaim your evenings for sleep, focus, and the people in the room with you. WHY CURFEW IS DIFFERENT Most blockers fail the moment your willpower dips โ€” one tap and the block is gone. Curfew adds real friction. When you try to open a blocked app, you don't just get a wall. You earn your way back in: wait it out, breathe for a minute, or get up and walk. The harder the moment, the more it costs. That pause is usually all you need to put the phone back down. BLOCK WHAT KEEPS YOU UP - Block any app or website with Apple's Screen Time technology - Set nightly curfews and custom schedules - Group apps and toggle blocks on in a tap - Everything stays private and on your device FOCUS SESSIONS - Start a focus session and watch your blocked apps go quiet - A calm, living timer that keeps you present - Build streaks and see your focus add up over time EARN YOUR WAY BACK IN - No brittle "off" switch โ€” unlock with intention - Take a breath, wait a beat, or walk it off to earn minutes - Bank focus time and spend it when you really need access SEE YOUR PROGRESS - Time reclaimed, focus minutes, streaks, and sessions - Watch the hours add back up as you build the habit PRIVATE BY DESIGN Curfew uses Apple's Family Controls framework. Your Screen Time data โ€” which apps you use and block โ€” never leaves your device. We can't see it, and we never sell it. CURFEW PREMIUM Unlock unlimited app groups, custom schedules, detailed focus insights, and every unlock challenge with Curfew Premium. Try it free for 7 days. - Monthly or yearly subscription - Payment charged to your Apple ID at confirmation - Auto-renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends - Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings Take your nights back.
