Verdict
BYR BBS and KOOK语音 both sit at 3.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 100% of BYR BBS's written reviews are positive against 24% of KOOK语音's. BYR BBS also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 18) and ads (none vs shown). KOOK语音's advantage is ratings volume (550 vs 8) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). On price, rating and device support there is nothing between them.
