Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 英语语法 at 5.0 against 我的英语练习册's 4.5. 英语语法 also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ads (none vs shown). 我的英语练习册's advantage is review sentiment (78% vs 50%) and ratings volume (36 vs 1). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 我的英语练习册 sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. 英语语法 asks for nothing beyond the download.
英语语法 holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 我的英语练习册 has 36 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of 英语语法's written reviews are positive against 78% of 我的英语练习册's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
