Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Tiny Bubbles at 3.8K against Cube Card's 3. Cube Card's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months) and rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On review sentiment, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Tiny Bubbles costs $3.99 and Cube Card $1.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

Cube Card holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tiny Bubbles has 3.8K ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of Tiny Bubbles's written reviews are positive against 77% of Cube Card's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

Tiny Bubbles ships an update every 2 months, Cube Card every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on October 13, 2026.
