Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: classicnl at none against Klara's shown. classicnl also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Klara's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 32 months) and ratings volume (46 vs 1). On price, review sentiment, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
classicnl holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Klara has 46 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 58% of Klara's written reviews are positive against 50% of classicnl's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Klara ships an update every 3 weeks, classicnl every 32 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
