Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Sodere at 4.6 against رمضان 2016's 3.0. Sodere also leads on ratings volume (489 vs 1) and device support. رمضان 2016's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and iOS requirement (5.1.1 vs 16.6). On price there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Sodere sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. رمضان 2016 asks for nothing beyond the download.
Sodere holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Sodere has 489 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
