The call

The clearest difference is rating: AChallan at 3.0 against DSE's 2.2. AChallan also leads on iOS requirement (11.0 vs 13.0). DSE's advantage is ratings volume (103 vs 3) and review sentiment (15% vs 0%). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

AChallan holds the better App Store score, 3.0 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DSE has 103 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 15% of DSE's written reviews are positive against 0% of AChallan's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

UpkeepUpdate frequency

DSE ships an update every 11 months, AChallan every 7 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
