Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Dräggwägg at 4.8 against ecostop's 3.0. Dräggwägg also leads on update cadence (every 2 months vs every 6 months) and ratings volume (48 vs 2). ecostop's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 25%) and iOS requirement (13 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Dräggwägg holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Dräggwägg has 48 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of Dräggwägg's written reviews are positive against 33% of ecostop's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Dräggwägg ships an update every 2 months, ecostop every 6 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
