Both are free to download. Lima Flight sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. Airtext asks for nothing beyond the download.
Lima Flight holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 14 and 9 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Airtext's written reviews are positive against 75% of Lima Flight's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Airtext ships an update every 2 months, Lima Flight fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
