Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: ZX Globus at none against AR's shown. ZX Globus also leads on review sentiment (78% vs 48%) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). AR's advantage is ratings volume (197 vs 12) and update cadence (every 8 months vs every 18 months). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.2 for ZX Globus against 4.2 for AR.
