Praamid.ee vs Trip Total

The Praamid.ee mobile app provides a quick and convenient solution for planning a trip between mainland Estonia and larger islands on the Virtsu-Kuivastu and Rohuküla-Heltermaa routes. The mobile app enables you to buy and change tickets, see the timetables of our ferries and manage your account. You can pay for tickets with a credit card, mobile payment or a bank link (you will need a mobile-ID or a password card for this). Contractual business customers also have the option of paying from their customer account. When purchasing the ticket, make sure your smart device has sufficient data connection. The Praamid.ee app allows you to use an ID-card, mobile-ID, Facebook or a Google account to identify yourself. By creating an account in the app, your purchased tickets and purchase history will be saved. The process of purchasing tickets will be even quicker and more convenient if you save information of your vehicles and family members who get discount on the app. Vehicle tickets purchased via Praamid.ee will first be checked at the port with an automatic licence plate recognition system. For this purpose, when you are purchasing the ticket, please make sure you enter the correct licence plate number of the vehicle you will be travelling with. This will ensure the most convenient entry to the port area. If the licence plate number of your vehicle has not been automatically recognised, please call on the number marked on the barrier, scan the QR-code of your ticket in the self-service kiosk or enter the code manually. There is no need to print out the ticket as you can scan the QR code from your smart device screen, if necessary. For more detailed instructions on the use of the Praamid.ee mobile app please visit www.praamid.ee. We gladly expect your feedback on the app on info@praamid.ee.

TripTotal keeps track of who paid what on a trip and works out who owes whom, so nobody has to do the maths at the end. Add an expense in seconds. Type "pizza" or "taxi" and TripTotal picks the category for you, in English or Latvian, learning from what you entered before. Pay in any currency: the rate is filled in from the European Central Bank, or type your own. Split it your way. Equal shares, by shares, by percent, by exact amounts, or keep the cost to yourself. Every split is exact to the cent. See where the money went. Each trip shows its total, spending by category and by day, and every member's balance. Settle up with the fewest possible payments, and record the payments as you make them. Invite people with a code or a QR code. Members don't need an account to be part of a trip; anyone who joins can add and edit expenses. Works offline. Everything you enter is saved on your phone first and syncs when you're back online, so a mountain hut or a plane is no problem. Remember where. Turn on location and each new expense keeps the place you entered it at, so the trip has a map of where the money went, in the order you spent it. Off by default, never used for anything else. Look back on the year. See what you spent across all your trips, by month and by category, converted to your home currency, with every trip on a map. Made for phones and foldables, with a light and a dark theme. No ads, no tracking, no data sold. Your trips are shared only with the people in them. Free for two new trips a year. Joining a trip is always free. TripTotal Pro, a yearly subscription, removes the limit. TripTotal Pro is an auto-renewing subscription of one year, at the price shown on this page and in the app. It renews unless renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and it is managed in Apple Account settings.
