Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Effects Cam at 4.4 against Star Wordz's 3.5. Effects Cam also leads on review sentiment (82% vs 48%) and ratings volume (4K vs 234). Star Wordz's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 11 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
