Mit der neu entwickelten "Infonqia TIME App" können Sie neben „Kommen/Gehen“ Buchungen auch Buchungen wie Dienstgang oder Arztbesuch, Projektzeiten und sonstige Fehlzeitgründe erfassen. Die Definition ist frei konfigurierbar (in einer Konfigurationsdatei des Webservices). Zusätzlich stehen weitere Informationen zur Verfügung. So können sich Mitarbeiter über ihre aktuellen Zeitsalden oder aber auch über den Urlaubsstand informieren. Mobil erfasste Daten werden zwischengespeichert und nur bei vorhandener Internetverbindung übertragen. So ist auch eine Erfassung bei nicht vorhandener Verbindung problemlos möglich. Nach der Übertragung sind die Buchungen sofort im Zielsystem vorhanden (Infoniqa TIME oder P&I LOGA Zeitwirtschaft) und können weiterverarbeitet werden. Die Bedienung ist selbsterklärend, da alle angebotenen Buchungsmöglichkeiten an Ihren betrieblichen Alltag angepasst werden, so dass alle Mitarbeiter die "Infoniqa TIME App" ohne Einarbeitungszeit sofort nutzen können.
