When Vince's Spaghetti first opened in Ontario, California in September 1945; it was a simple, six stool, open air restaurant without a kitchen. Back then, Grandma Rose prepared all of the food in her kitchen 50 yards away and hand carried it to the customers. It was located on Highway 70-99, which was the main road to Palm Springs at the time. The business was run by three brothers and their wives. By 1968, Vince's was billed as the largest spaghetti restaurant west of the Mississippi River (with a kitchen!), seating more than 400 people. Today, because of your patronage, we've grown to 3 locations, all family owned and operated, still serving Grandma Rose's original recipes. The Rancho Cucamonga location has been opened since 1984. Serving the community the original recipes as our historic first location. Did you know that we serve over 30 tons of spaghetti every month! Over 25,000 miles of spaghetti every year!
