About

Migraine Tracker

MiGi is a migraine diary that takes seconds to fill in — and, over time, shows you what's actually behind your attacks. Log an attack in a few taps: when it started, how bad it was, where it hurt, what you took and whether it helped. Mark migraine-free days too. A few weeks in, MiGi turns that history into patterns you can act on and a report you can hand to your doctor. TRACK EVERY ATTACK • Intensity, duration, pain quality and headache type • A head map to mark exactly where it hurts — front and back • Symptoms, triggers, relief and medications, with "Did it help?" • Migraine-free days, so the quiet stretches count too • Calendar view of your whole history • A gentle daily check-in reminder, with quiet hours SEE YOUR REPORTS • Frequency, severity and medication days over 4 weeks, 3 months or a year • Your most common triggers and symptoms • When attacks tend to start — time of day and day of week MiGi PRO — UNDERSTAND WHY • Trigger correlations: which triggers actually precede your attacks, compared against your migraine-free days — not just how often you log them • Barometric pressure: see whether sharp pressure drops precede your attacks, and get a pressure outlook for the days ahead • Sleep and cycle patterns from Apple Health • Treatment response: which medication works best for you • Doctor-ready PDF report Logging is free and stays free. Pro is an optional subscription. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything you log lives on your iPhone. No account, no sign-up. Optional iCloud backup keeps a private copy in your own iCloud, and you can export your history to CSV at any time. Apple Health data is read on your device only. MiGi shows personal patterns, not a medical diagnosis. Always talk to your doctor about treatment.
