Free application for Wines and Spirits professionals: Alcohol, Volume conversions and Reduction or Raising the alcohol level. Developed by Labox Applications and EC Consulting: LABOX® offers ergonomic "Boxettes", unique in the world, to make your calculations and conversions more reliable. Alcohol and volume conversions as a function of temperature follow the International Legal Metrology Recommendation (OIML) R22 of 1975. EC Consulting has published works about these Alcohol Tables to be discovered in the application. Calculations of volume in a barrel are based on the mathematical model used in the Triple Census Book of Mr PRUVOST-LE-GUAY. Calculations for raising or reducing the alcohol level take into account the contraction factor inherent in hydroalcoholic mixtures. EC Consulting is a company created in 2010 by an expert in Quality Control of Wines and Spirits production. It is part of a community of Experts in this field.
