Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
BDnF holds the better App Store score, 3.4 against 1.9. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 9 and 5 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Mirage Make's written reviews are positive against 21% of BDnF's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Mirage Make ships an update monthly, BDnF every 6 months. The most recent releases landed on November 6, 2026 and November 3, 2026 respectively.
