About

DVTD

Features

Some things are easier said to a question than to a face. DVTD gives you a question written for one particular person. You answer it out loud. What you say is kept, in your own voice, for good. HOW IT WORKS Draw a card. Each one is a real question, not a prompt to fill in. Answer it out loud, or write it if you would rather. It is saved to a Vault and transcribed, so you can read it or hear it. Answer as many as you like, whenever you like. There is no streak to keep and nothing to lose by putting it down for a month. WHO IT IS FOR Keep a Vault for a partner. For a parent, while you still can ask. For a child, to be opened when they are grown. Or for yourself. Each Vault draws from decks built for that relationship, so the questions for your teenager are not the questions for your wife. WHAT IS IN IT More than 5,800 cards across 16 decks, each written and sourced rather than generated. Every card carries the thinking behind it, drawn from work by John Gottman, Daniel Siegel, Viktor Frankl and others, and from scripture where it fits. Decks include Words of Affirmation, Quality Time, Acts of Service, Physical Touch, Receiving Gifts, Legacy, Raising, Memoir, Becoming and Grown. THE BOOK Any Vault can become a printed book. Every answer transcribed, with a code beside it that plays the recording in the voice it was said in. WHAT WE PROMISE Your recordings stay yours. They are kept permanently, and that does not change if you stop paying. Listening and downloading remain open to you for as long as the app exists. Vaults are private by default. Nobody hears anything you did not invite them to hear. SUBSCRIPTION Full access is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, with a free trial on the yearly plan. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends, and can be managed in your Apple ID settings.
