Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Gomoku at 5.0 against Arrow Amaze's 3.7. Gomoku also leads on ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). Arrow Amaze's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 11 months) and ratings volume (6 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gomoku sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Arrow Amaze sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Gomoku holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Arrow Amaze has 6 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Gomoku ships an update every 11 months, Arrow Amaze every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
