GAF is the app for people taking part in the Grupo de Acompanhamento Filosófico, the study programme of Nova Acrópole in Brazil. Please note: the app is written entirely in Brazilian Portuguese, and access is closed. Your account is created by your group's coordination, which sends you an e-mail invitation to set a password. There is no public sign-up. WHAT YOU FIND • Your current term — the articles to read, the practice to exercise and the task for the period, in the order in which they were meant to be taken. • The whole path — the stages already walked and the ones still ahead, so you can see where you stand. • A journal that is yours alone — write your reflection knowing that no one else reads it. This is not a promise: it is a rule on the server, which refuses to serve your entries to any account but your own. • Your group's meetings — the date of the next one, and your confirmation that you will be there, with a note for the coordination. • Messages from the coordination, and the term's supplementary material. • A phrase for the day, which changes every morning. MADE TO BE READ WITHOUT STRAIN Large type by default, adjustable in the Profile screen, and contrast checked in every colour. The app is made for people over thirty who read at the end of the day. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO No advertising. No tracking and no usage analytics. No in-app purchases. We do not ask for your location, your contacts or your photos. Your data is not sold, rented or given to anyone. You delete your account from inside the app, in Profile, without having to ask anyone.
