PED select.NL vs Daikin Logbook

The new Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) (2014/68/EU) went into effect on 19 July 2016. The new Dutch Commodities Act Decree (WBDA) 2016 and the Commodities Act for Pressure Equipment (WRDA) 2016 went into effect on that same date. The PED select.NL app is a tool designed to classify pressure equipment into the right category. The app furthermore enables manufacturers of pressure equipment to determine which module applies. To perform inspections during use, owners/users of the pressure equipment can determine whether the WBDA or the Dutch Working Conditions Decree applies. The app takes various exceptions provided by legislation into account, such as a waiver of the need to perform an inspection prior to commissioning, while a reinspection may be required for specific installations. Daikin Logbook has been specially developed for Daikin technicians who deal with the daily installation and maintenance of Daikin equipment. With this Dutch Daikin Logbook app we offer you tools that simplify the processing of logs for you.
 There will be a QR code on the Daikin installation that will take you to the maintenance environment after scanning the code. Here you can easily add a new entry to the logbook of the relevant unit.
