Tres perfiles de usuario diferenciados permiten al hotel integrar los dispositivos BLE y la APP en su plan general de control de accesos manteniendo los niveles de seguridad preestablecidos. Por defecto las llaves electrónicas se generan y envían desde el software de recepción y, pensado para casos puntuales o emergencias, el administrador de la instalación también puede crear y enviar llaves para apertura bluetooth desde su propio Smartphone. Una vez que el empleado efectúa una auditoria, esta se replica de modo automático en el servidor del sistema, quedando así visible en el software de gestión y en la APP para el perfil de administrador.
