Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: IMCOMING NETWORK at every 2 months against TXBA's every 6 months. TXBA's advantage is ratings volume (19 vs 1) and iOS requirement (12.4 vs 15.1). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
