Connect FLEX is an app-based, on-demand service that provides flexible routing based on passenger demand within a defined zone. Booking rides with Connect FLEX is EASY. All you do is select your pickup and drop off locations and select a trip time that meets your needs. The app will then guide you to the closest pickup location (typically at a safe street corner) and an estimated pickup time. The powerful Connect FLEX algorithm will do the rest, by alerting the driver, routing the trip to you, giving you the estimated time of arrival, and getting you where you need to go while you sit back and enjoy your ride!
