Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Elector at 100% against Rigged's 50%. Elector also leads on update cadence (every 6 days vs monthly). Rigged's advantage is rating (2.5 vs 1.0) and ads (none vs shown). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Rigged sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Elector sells 6 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Rigged holds the better App Store score, 2.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Rigged has 11 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Rigged's written reviews are positive against 100% of Elector's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Rigged ships an update monthly, Elector every 6 days. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
