Medical Data is a patient data collection application for doctors. Users can easily create diseases and add parameters to their academic publication study. The added parameters are then automatically attached to each patient to be created and the user only has to write the value of the parameter. Users can share the data they create with another doctor with whom they work together. While sharing the data, they can define the authority for the shared user and change the authority at any time. Unlimited disease, and therefore unlimited patients can be monitored in this application and at any time desired patients can be exported as a table file with the file extension .csv.
