Todo List Task Planner Manager vs CGP Audition Tracker

Stop staring at a flat to do list and wondering what to do first. Turn today’s tasks into a clear plan, capture new tasks in seconds, and cut the stress of missed reminders and messy lists. Add a task from the quick-add bar on Today and hit return to save it fast. See smart preview chips as you type, including priority, due date, list hint, and tags. Tap Plan my day to draft a timeline for today around your existing calendar events. Review suggested start times, end times, priority dots, and a short reason for each task. Use Smart Sort when planning support is not available, so you still get an ordered day. Search Today by title, notes, list, or tag to find the right task quickly. Add details like notes, due time, estimated minutes, priority, list, and tags. Create subtasks under a parent task so larger jobs stay broken into clear steps. Set recurring tasks with presets like Every weekday or build your own repeat pattern. Get unlimited reminders at the task’s due time and see a reminder chip when one is set. Mark tasks done with one tap and let recurring tasks roll forward automatically. Browse Lists with pending counts, color picks, and optional emoji for each list. Use the Calendar tab to see tasks by day with a simple month view. Share today’s plan as plain text from the timeline header or review screen. Export your data to the Files app when you want a copy of your tasks. Monday morning feels lighter when you tap Plan my day and instantly see what to do first, what fits around meetings, and what can wait. Capturing on the go is just as quick: type a task like buy milk tomorrow at 6pm with a tag and priority, and the preview chips clean it up before you save. When a repeating chore comes back next week, its reminder comes back too, and even subtasks reset with it. If you like working from search, Spotlight can bring you straight back to a task. Todo List Task Planner helps busy people capture tasks, organize a to do list, and build a daily planner for real life. What makes it stand out is how much happens right on your phone: quick capture, natural task cleanup, one-tap planning, reminders, calendar view, plan sharing, widgets, Spotlight search, and even a Focus now timer from a planned task. You do not need a computer to sort out your day. Recurring tasks and unlimited reminders are free. If you choose Plan my day, calendar access is requested so the app can avoid busy times, and notification access is requested only for task reminders. If you want a todo list, task planner, reminders app, and calendar planner in one place, start with Today and plan your day in one tap.
