Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Slicer Game at 5.0 against Hack IT's 3.8. Slicer Game also leads on monetization model (free with in-app purchases vs subscription) and update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months). Hack IT's advantage is ratings volume (430 vs 10) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
