Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Countdown Buddy at 4.6 against Survi's 1.8. Countdown Buddy also leads on review sentiment (68% vs 38%) and update cadence (every 9 days vs every 6 months). Survi's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 18.0). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.
