eMed vs Anatom

Die eMed App ist eine interaktive Lernanwendung, die Studierende der Medizinische Fakultät der Universität Ulm beim Erlernen ihrer Studieninhalte unterstützt. Individuell auf die Inhalte des Studiums abgestimmt, können Dozierende ihre Lehrinhalte einpflegen und den Studierenden in dieser App zur Verfügung stellen. Neben den abwechslungsreichen Fragentypen, können Studierende zwischen einem Quizmodus und Lernmodus wählen, je nachdem ob sie ihr Wissen nur erweitern oder direkt unter Beweis stellen möchten.

Anatom is a simple yet efficient app designed to thoroughly self-test and strengthen your anatomical knowledge of muscles, muscle functions, vessels, and nerves in just a few easy steps using digital flashcards. Our main features: Stacks: Bundles of anatomical items that you can fully customize, comparable to a pile of traditional flashcards. Randomisation: Choose from three different ways to present items in stacks: anatomical order, fully randomized, or intelligent mode. The last one intuitively randomizes items based on how they were last answered. Illustrations: For every item there is also a detailed illustration of the anatomical structure. Evaluation system: Easily evaluate your knowledge throughout the app with a three-color scale or a swipe action making the learning process intuitive and effective. Widgets: Stay informed about your progress and what lies ahead with our newly designed small and medium-sized widgets for the home and lock screen. Languages: Choose from three database languages: English, Spanish, and German. You can also switch to a Latin version at any time. Wikilinks: Quickly access the corresponding available Wikipedia site for deeper reference. Database: Gain direct access to the full database of anatomical items. Corrections: Make adjustments to our data as needed. Changes can be kept local or shared with us to further improve the app. Other features: Includes dark mode, reminders, tips, hints, and force touch functionality.
