Welcome to New Castle County’s My-NCC app! Through this app you can help us by reporting concerns in our parks such as graffiti, broken playground equipment, overgrown grass, or damaged property; just click a photo and submit it! By using the app, requests are automatically added to our work order system allowing our teams to respond quickly and efficiently, plus the enhanced location features of the app provide added accuracy.
