Verdict
Novel Public Library and 金剛經小說 both sit at 3.9 stars, but that hides the real split: 43% of Novel Public Library's written reviews are positive against 0% of 金剛經小說's. Novel Public Library also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (33 vs 5). 金剛經小說's advantage is update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 60 months) and iOS requirement (11.0 vs 17.0).
