Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Super Math Flash Cards at none against Cool Math Flash Cards's 5. Super Math Flash Cards also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (weekly vs every 4 months). Cool Math Flash Cards's advantage is ratings volume (1.9K vs 22) and rating (4.5 vs 4.2). On price and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cool Math Flash Cards sells 5 one-off in-app purchases. Super Math Flash Cards asks for nothing beyond the download.
Cool Math Flash Cards holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cool Math Flash Cards has 1.9K ratings behind it against 22, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Cool Math Flash Cards's written reviews are positive against 100% of Super Math Flash Cards's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Cool Math Flash Cards ships an update every 4 months, Super Math Flash Cards weekly. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and October 8, 2026 respectively.
