Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is rating: Apple Wallet at 4.8 against SecondFi's 3.6. Apple Wallet also leads on ratings volume (7.5M vs 584) and review sentiment (54% vs 40%). SecondFi's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
