Kurogane Method is the client app for existing one-to-one fitness coaching clients. Your coach assigns your training plan, nutrition targets, check-ins, and progress tools, and you use the app to log your daily work and communicate with your coach. What you can do in Kurogane: - Log assigned workouts and free workouts - Track sets, reps, load, RIR, and notes - Record nutrition, macros, body weight, and body measurements - Complete daily and weekly check-ins - Share progress photos and messages with your assigned coach - Review progress, periodization, and training volume - Use Apple Watch, widgets, Live Activity, and Apple Health integrations when available Kurogane Method does not sell coaching, digital content, subscriptions, upgrades, or paid features inside the iOS app. Users are added by their coach as part of an existing coaching relationship outside the app. The app is the daily workspace for that coach-client relationship.

Avena Health's advantage is iOS requirement (15.1 vs 18.0). On price and device support there is nothing between them.
