The clearest difference is rating: BarberEx at 5.0 against Domex Courier's 2.9. BarberEx also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 2 months). Domex Courier's advantage is ratings volume (37 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
