Met FleGo organiseer je alles rondom de inzet van flexibel zorgpersoneel in één platform. De software is specifiek ontwikkeld voor bemiddelingsbureaus en/of uitzendbureaus in de zorg, of flexbureaus van zorginstellingen. Deze app is speciaal ontwikkeld voor alle opdrachtnemers van deze bureaus; zzp’ers, vaste medewerkers, vrijwilligers, het kan allemaal in FleGo. FleGo geeft grip en controle over bemiddelingsbedrijfsproces met: • Personeelsdossiers: als medewerker beheer je je eigen dossier en uploaden je documenten die voor jouw bemiddelaar relevant zijn. • Opdrachten & Diensten: je ziet alle diensten die je kunt werken en je kiest zelf welke dienst je wel of niet wilt uitvoeren. Uiteraard ontvang je een push-notificatie wanneer er nieuwe diensten beschikbaar komen. • Urenregistratie: Nadat je de dienst hebt gewerkt kun je in FleGo jouw uren schrijven en eventuele declaraties invoeren. • Facturatie: voor zzp’ers wordt op basis van reversed billing / selfbilling de factuur opgesteld. Deze zie je terug in jouw FleGo-omgeving en je kunt er als zzp’er zelfs jouw eigen factuur-kenmerk aan hangen.
