Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: 民乐调音大师 at 4.9 against Subat's 4.2. Subat's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 7) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 25 months). On price, review sentiment, ratings volume and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 民乐调音大师 sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per year. Subat asks for nothing beyond the download.
民乐调音大师 holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 12 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 74% of Subat's written reviews are positive against 70% of 民乐调音大师's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Subat ships an update every 2 months, 民乐调音大师 every 25 months. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
