The clearest difference is rating: KOOK语音 at 3.7 against 德扑之星's 2.2. KOOK语音 also leads on ratings volume (538 vs 9) and update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks). 德扑之星's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (47% vs 24%). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 德扑之星 sells 8 one-off in-app purchases and KOOK语音 sells 18 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
KOOK语音 holds the better App Store score, 3.7 against 2.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: KOOK语音 has 538 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 47% of 德扑之星's written reviews are positive against 24% of KOOK语音's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
德扑之星 ships an update every 5 weeks, KOOK语音 fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 1, 2026 and September 30, 2026 respectively.
