Your compliance tool, built for the field. One field app for your property and maintenance team - compliance, maintenance and asset monitoring in a single tool. Condition reports are categorised as move in, move out, or ad hoc, with resident sign-off on move in and move out. Each item is assessed against the statutory format - clean, undamaged, working - with photos and voice notes captured on the phone, room by room. It works offline and syncs the moment it is back in range. A permanent, time-stamped record sits against every dwelling, ready for audit - with e-signatures captured in the app for ease and compliance. Maintenance requests, in the same place. Requests now flow to the same app, on a rebuilt task platform - so the team fixing the tap is working from the same tool as the team documenting the dwelling. Assets, watched live. Smart devices such as wall buttons report their state in real time, so faults surface before an inspection finds them. Dumb assets stay on the inspection schedule, tracked in the same app. Built for the Retirement Villages Acts in Victoria and New South Wales - and valuable for every village.
