Dealing with the difficulty of keeping knowledge up to date, Titan utilises commercial KPI data to identify if employee knowledge levels are impacting on output performance. When the KPI performance drops below the desired target the algorithm re-prioritises outstanding learning while also drawing focus to previously completed competencies to ensure knowledge hasn't been lost over time. This enables a clear picture as to if knowledge is a contributing factor to current under performance of the business, driving engagement for employing managers as at last they can see where the training offered is impacting on their department/business. All business can benefit from using Titan Learning, up skilling their workforce in a measured way that impacts directly on commercial performance.
