Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Q Surface at 5.0 against Set Light's 4.5. Q Surface also leads on iOS requirement (8.0 vs 17.0). Set Light's advantage is ratings volume (12 vs 1) and update cadence (every 2 months vs every 5 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
