Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: OnlyDrams at 4.9 against Cellar's 3.8. OnlyDrams also leads on review sentiment (65% vs 33%) and ratings volume (11K vs 37). Cellar's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and ads (none vs shown). On price, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. OnlyDrams sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Cellar asks for nothing beyond the download.
OnlyDrams holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: OnlyDrams has 11K ratings behind it against 37, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 33% of Cellar's written reviews are positive against 65% of OnlyDrams's.
Cellar ships an update every 3 weeks, OnlyDrams fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 6, 2026 and October 21, 2026 respectively.
