Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Tunnel Rush ! at every 3 months against Sledge Rider's every 96 months. Tunnel Rush ! also leads on rating (4.6 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (4.3K vs 58). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Tunnel Rush ! holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tunnel Rush ! has 4.3K ratings behind it against 58, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 73% of Sledge Rider's written reviews are positive against 69% of Tunnel Rush !'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Sledge Rider ships an update every 96 months, Tunnel Rush ! every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and October 30, 2026 respectively.
